mustang guy Posted August 24, 2011 Share Posted August 24, 2011 I'd say 50 or 60 Hz, as the vf-36 is a 36 Hz speaker, and I like to start at about 15Hz above the lowest. The reason for this is that crossovers do not actually cut off at the frequency specified, and 15Hz is a big enough margin to avoid the distortion a too-low signal can create.
