Reference S4 / S4i Release Date

Any word on when the Reference S4 and Reference S4i will be coming out?

I think it's by the end of November just based on the fact that it says "Fall 2011" though Winter doesn't technically start until December 22. I don't think there is a difference, sonically, between the Reference line and standard line of Klipsch headphones. I could be wrong but I think the differences are physical/looks/aesthetics.

I figured that there may be little difference (at least sonically, as you say), but I was hoping that when released, additional information might be provided (or at least reviewers could pick out the differences).

In any case, I am hoping for at least a more specific indication of a release date. As you noted, fall lasts until late December, although I would have thought anything after November 30 would be classified as "Holiday Season 2011."

I had this preordered forever, but gave up on them ever releasing it so I canceled the preorder and ordered the Referance One Headphones since they're available now.

Seriously though... When are these headphones coming out? Some sort of update would probably be appreciated by people who are thinking of cancelling their orders or buying headphones elsewhere.
