Thing is, I just have a Yamaha rxv671 receiver, no power amp, and I will be using my speakers mostly for home theater and I want to hear and FEEL the explosions and bangs as much as I can financially provide.If you just want to "feel" it and don't care about distortion then by all means buy it.
