anicocia
Hi. I just purchased a pair of klipsch m40 in hopes of them upholding the klipsch name, and when I approach 70% volume with noise cancelling enabled, I get absolutely terrible bass distortion. I have connected the headphones to a FiiO E11 amp, and worked my way up again, and before you can really experience the bass in any type of music (classic rock, hard rock, metal, dubstep, hip hop), all the other audio is ruined from the distortion. I haven't burned these in fully yet, but at this point I'm really thinking of returning these - my V-moda Crossfade's are far more impressive, so I am really really disappointed in these cans. I know I'm not doing anything wrong, no EQ, just trying to listen to these with more bass, and the results are TERRIBLE. Please, please advise. Thank you. anicocia
No response? Disappointing. Looks like I will be returning these.
BLSamuel
The demo I heard was very good. Maybe there's a problem with yours. Should be no problem if exchanging if bought in US from an authorized seller. Good luck.
Someone Else
I own a pair, and the noise canceling kinda ruines the quality, thats why I only use thm without noise canceling , but if you really want noise canceling, tou should check some bose quiet comforts out at a brookesrone or bestbuy.
