djsmvp2 Posted November 1, 2013 Share Posted November 1, 2013 Is there any way to request a different model via warranty? I've gone through 3 pairs of S4I II headphones in the past 5 months. I use them often but treat them well. I believe there is a big quality control issue with these (Amazon reviews would tend to agree). I'm really getting tired of warrantying these headphones. They've been in production for a few years now with hundreds of thousands sold... we would not be able to sustain that product if we had to replace them for free every few months! I can't explain what is wrong with yours without getting them in for testing. Have you spoken to our customer service about an alternate model?
