Image One Pairing

I am attempting to pair my Image One headphones with my desktop computer. I have a Rocketfish Bluetooth adapter it uses the Generic Bluetooth adapter from Microsoft.

When I first purchased the headphones it connected with my desktop just fine. the next day it would only play music when one of the volume buttons was pressed. So I disconnected the device thinking it needed to re-sync. Since that time the headphones have failed to pair with the computer. It will fail with an error code of 0x8000040005 unknown error.

I have

Re-installed the Bluetooth Device

Attempted to clear the paired Devices

Any other suggestions on what to do?
