micahdog Posted February 14, 2014 Share Posted February 14, 2014 Sorry if not in the right forum, I am new so forgive me. Anyway just got the soundbar and love it. But I was trying to program my remote with it by following klipsch's instructions. And everything I chose to do volume up, volume down, or mute it will stick with that action. Here is an example. I program mute, and if I hit the mute button it mutes, if I hit volume up it mutes, if I hit down volume it mutes. And it happens on all of them. How can I program this remote? scallywagger77 Posted February 14, 2014 Share Posted February 14, 2014 older Directv remotes were around before soundbars so your remote may be unable to program. newer remotes with updated codes are available and that may be what is required, as always when seeking tech help if your not happy with what your getting from an agent hang up and call back, you will get somebody new. also Directv forum is the home of the most avid dtv customers, they live and breath this stuff and love directv as much as we love our Klipsch loudspeakers so don't give up.
