TDizzy
Hi. I just purchased the sb1 bookshelf speakers and noticed that there was a brass threaded connection on the back of the speaker above the binding posts. I can't figure out for sure why it is there. I can guess that it is for mounting it, but with the port on the back it seems unlikely that the speaker would be nearly as effective on a wall. Could they be for some special wall mounts that hold it away from the wall or something? I haven't bought any stands for them yet, and before I do, I'm interested in knowing if I have another option that Klipsch manufactured the speakers to accomodate. Thanks for the help. dougdrake
I believe that you can screw a mount into them and the mount will hold them away from the wall. Try www.omnimount.com and see if they have the mount. Doug ------------------ My System
