LivinInThe70s
Hi Guys, I bought a set of RF-3's a year ago and abolutely love them. It is now time to finish my home theatre set up and I can't decide which speakers to get for my rears. I was going to get RS-3's but the problem with these are that I won't be able to use them until a buy my own house as they have to hang on a wall. So I was thinking of buying RB-3's to use for rears. The benefit of these is that I could also use them as normal speakers in a second room whenever I want. Does anyone think that this is a bad idea?? Am I pairing up the wrong speakers?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Brett
skonopa
I think the RB-3 will be an excellent surround speaker to go with your RF-3s, especially since there seems to be more of a push towards using monopole speakers as surrounds instead of the "dipole" type speakers. ------------------ Steven Konopa Fredericksburg, VA Denon AVR3802 (Receiver) RF-7 (Fronts) RC-7 (Center) RC-7 (Rear) RS-7 (A Surrounds) Infinity RS2000.5 (B Surrounds - recycled) REL Storm III (Subwoofer 1) Yamaha YST-SW40 (Subwoofer 2 - Recycled) JVC XV-S65GD (DVD) Sharp DX-200 (CD - ancient) RCA DWD490RE (DirecTV/Ultimate TV receiver) Sharp 32 inch (TV)
