hotsho111 Posted December 2, 2014 Share Posted December 2, 2014 Hey everyone, I have an RF-83 system and I'm building my own sub to go with it. Doing enough searching here I know that Klipsch was using #40 semi-gloss paints from Valspar/OPEX. Looking into it I'm not sure what that relationship is though unless OPEX produces it and it was just solder under Valspar. Anyway, I was planning on picking up some of the OPEX production lacquers through Sherwin Williams but thanks to the great nanny state of California it's not compliant and they can't even sell me any other lacquer paint since I'm not a professional painting operation (I'm not sure if this was a limitation of this particular store or if it's SW policy). Anyway, I was curious if anyone had any thoughts about some alternatives? Anyone got some spare paint they wanna send my way Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
