Ebux Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 Ok guys I have a chance for a second set of 3.5s. Right now I have kg5.5s in front,3.5s as surrounds and I'm moving my .5s to front heights. The set I found needs to be refinished on the exterior but all of the drivers and grills look great. I'm thinking of making a new motor board and putting the horn horizontally in the middle and a woofer on either side. Kind of like a giant academy center. I realize that my impedance will change but my AVR is stable to 4 ohms so no problems there. Thoughts? Has anyone done something similar?
