Zero
Welcome aboard sscnow, Before anybody here can give you proper direction, we first need to know more about your situation. Answer the following questions, and I'm sure we'll be able to steer you towards a great solution! First - How big is your listening space? Second- Will most of your listening take place within this room? Third- Do you like it loud? Fourth - What kind of features are important to you? Lastly- What's your budget? sschow
Thanks for the response. 1st - Space is 230-300 sq-ft. 2nd - yes it's my leaving room 3rd - Yes, I would like to hear loud. 4th - wifi network ready lastly - I can afford what ever best for this setup. Last time i brought a pioneer vsx40 which is a junk. Broke twice. Thanks, sschow.
javelin
From a simplistic pov, any decent 5.[1-2] or 7.[1-2] receiver with at least 75-100w/pc should do fine. Compare different brands like Onkyo, Pioneer, Marantz, etc... If your budget allows, and don't want to buy another receiver in the next couple years, look for a receiver that support Atmos. You may not need the feature now but as Klipsch owner, our listening environment is never static(itches happens : ) ) so take that into account; else, you may find yourself face-palming later... others may have better suggestion.

I think this pretty well hits it. You'll have to decide how far you want to "future proof" - aka, do you want Atmos & DTS X, or are you fine without those? Mid-level Onkyo, Pioneer, Denon, Marantz, or Yamaha should easily be able to drive your setup. If you can, I would highly recommend finding somewhere that you can audition different receivers as each will have it's own sound. Best case would be somewhere that also has your same speakers (or will at least allow you to bring in your fronts) so you can listen to the different combination with your setup.
