tbadiuk Posted August 19, 2002 Share Posted August 19, 2002 Well, the sub of my V2-400's doesn't play. At first I though it was the sub itself but it turns out it's something with the control pod. Opened it up but can't see anything wrong. Could just be a broken wire in the control pod cable (sub volume permantly set to zero). In any case, I'd like to replace it, and would prefer not to pay $50 US + shipping which works out to close to $90 CND for a lousy control pod. I'm don't mind the original old style that makes a static noise when you turn the volume knob. As long as it's not the type that gives constant static/noise/buzz/humming even when music is not playing. I have a complete working V2-400 system but no sub output! Do you have paypal by chance? Not sure if you meant that you'd give me the pod as in free, but at the very least I'd like to pay shipping! To add (and I forgot to mention this in the e-mail), it is the older style kind, notthe newer CP-1 pod. It is a leftover when I upgraded mine to the CP-1. The crackly volume knob I can live with, better than having no bass at all with my current pod.
