Mark Johnson
I just purchased a set of ProMedia 2.1 Bluetooth speakers from Klipsch directly and the right channel has no sound. It was working and suddenly cut out. I switched from my on-board PC audio to my M-Audio SuperDac II and still it has no right channel sound. I checked the wiring and the speaker wires are connected properly. Directly to the bare wire. I ran the windows 10 pro speaker test in conrol panel and again nothing from the right channel. Is there something I can check? I have access to a Multi-Meter when my uncle gets home. He does commercial heating and air conditioning (HVAC I believe it's called). Anyway, if any has any idea why the right channel isn't working I'd greatly appreciate any help. -=Mark=-
videoluvr
I would wiggle all the wires going into the speakers. Especially the one from your pc to the sub. The connectors have had problems in the past. Is the connector a straight or 90 degree connector? Plug in some headphones into the pc and see if you have both channels to eliminate that. Make sure your connected to the right connection on the audio out on your pc. Switch the small speakers to be sure its that channel. If none of the suggestions work then you probably have an issue with the amp inside the sub. Good luck
