alperin1
I am looking into an ADCOM 7500 amp or maybe 5 separate Parasound amps (HCA-1201a) What are your thoughts? Or do you suggest something else in the $1100 range? They will be powering KLF30s and matching center and rears. Darin
jeffgeorge
I had some bad luck with Adcom. You might try a Denon AVR-5800. I hear that the amps in this receiver are comparable to some of the better seperate amps on the market today. I found that going with a Denon receiver was a "happy medium" between seperates and an integrated receiver... but that is just my opinion. ------------------ RF-3's : mains RC-3 : center RS-3's : surrounds KSW10 X 2 : subwoofers Receiver: Denon 2801 DVD: Panasonic DVD-A120 CD: Yamaha CDC-765 Cables: Tributaries Sat Receiver: Hughes Direct-TV DD5.
Steve Phillips
I think the HCA-1201a is the mono block, right? The parasound rep.at CES this year told me I'd have a very hard time finding any.On the web site, but not really produced much. Go with the 200X5 Parasound, you will love it.
