Dynamic accuracy is how well a speaker (or amp, system, whatever) can track the varying level of the input signal. Does it keep up or lag behind? Does it "round off" transient peaks? Etc, etc. By "timing accuracy", I was referring to how well a speaker system preserves the waveshape of an input signal. In other words, whether or not all sounds reach the listeners ears at about the same time.
