samtheman57
Hello: I do all my primary audio listening via my Desktop PC. The signal chain is HRT Streamer USB DAC> (RCA Outputs) to NHT Passive Volume Control (RCA inputs) >NHT PVC (RCA Outputs)> M Audio CX 5 Active Studio Monitors (RCA inputs) I know from the users manual that the M Audio active speakers will support a subwoofer. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/690311/M-Audio-Studiophile-Cx5.html?page=10#manual I saw a good deal on the K-100SW recently. While the Bass response on the CX5s is above average, it's still not quite there. I use JRiver Media Center 27 for audio file playback, and it has some features that would work with a subwoofer. My question is, what would I need in terms of cabling to integrate the sub? Any suggestions or advice appreciated.
