dougdrake Posted January 16, 2003 Share Posted January 16, 2003 I have a pair of SS-1s mounted on my ceiling. I put them roughly in line with the front speakers, oriented so the narrow side (the end, I guess) faces the front. I used 3" wood screws into ceiling joists to hang them on, then put a little rubber door bumper/stop (looks like a round little chunk of rubber with a screw through it) into the ceiling snug against the speaker to keep it from vibrating off the keyhole mounts and taking out an unsuspecting viewer!
