someguy
Anyone know if there's a major difference? Are there any? I was wondering because a lot used RB-5s have been popping up lately, and I was planning to get new RB-5 IIs soon. May not be worth spending too much on the newer ones if there's not a lot of differenct between the two. Anyone from Klipsch have feedback? Thanks! skonopa
As far as I know, the only difference between the RB-5 and the RB-5II is that the RB-5IIs have been rewired with the Monster Z-series wire. I doubt it really made much difference in the sound. I am not aware of any other differences. Also, I believe the drivers are still the same between the two. If you can find the RB-5 for a good deal, than go for it, otherwise, just get the RB-5II.
