par0thead151 Posted May 28, 2023 Share Posted May 28, 2023 I had the dreaded klipsch hum and bought the correct capacitors. replaced the 3 that are near the heat sink. the two that are together on one side were installed the correct way, the one that was by itself on the other side by the heat sink... well i had it backwards. how badly did i mess up my sub/amp? https://photos.app.goo.gl/hfvYAwsea12eGb6cA the resistor two spaces above the now replaced black capacitor looks cooked as well. anything else that should be checked? anyone now what type of resistor that one was? i didnt have a photo of it before i cooked it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
