Brandonh11 Posted August 28, 2023 Share Posted August 28, 2023 (edited) So I’ve got the PM 2.1 BT and the speakers stopped working…. I checked and everything is connected properly (all speakers, pre amp hub, and power). I unplugged and re-plugged everything. The subwoofer works and makes noise when connected, the pre amp hub also powers on and adjusts the volume and sub level as it should. But no volume to external speakers. And I mean not even a whisper. Any and all help is appreciated. I tried the Instructed “factory reset” and have not been able to successfully find a button or anything to do a full factory reset. MNDave Posted September 12, 2023 Share Posted September 12, 2023 Had the same thing happen to mine. One day worked perfectly, the next day no sound in the speakers but the sub works. I unplugged everything to put in a new desk in and ever since then I've been having the same issue. Even tried it on my Laptop and still do dice. I still have this issue going on.
