Caliguy Posted March 9 Share Posted March 9 Recently bought the fives and I’m having problems doing the initial update. I formatted the thumb drive, loaded software on it, and completed the update using updater app. After this, the connect app says it can’t communicate with the speakers. It says it’s either because the update wasn’t complete or I need to clear my Bluetooth connection and re pair. I paired the phone again, but still can’t communicate. I’ve tried factory resetting so I can do the thumb drive update again, but the updater app still tells me that the update is complete. Not sure what to do next. Without the ability do deaden the bass with the bass cut, they sound terrible. Id appreciate and help you could provide. Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
