Scipio80
I think the Tweeter on one of my rf3II's may not be working. After doing a little comparative listening it definitely isn't doing anything It's definitely still in warranty, I just got it from tweeter less than a month ago, what should I do? Scipio80
I guess I'll be contacting the store to see if I can get a replacement sent out. What do you think the likely hood of that happening is?
Guest BobG
I assume you did the standard tests such as connecting the suspected bad speaker to the other channel on your system to verify that it is a speaker problem. In any case, Tweeter will honor all Klipsch warranty on products they've sold.
Scipio80
Yeah I did that, I guess the good news is, when I get a working pair they'll sound even better.
Scipio80
Turns out one of the wires had come off. Tweeter put it back on then crimped them since the other wire came off when they tried to put the first one back on. So a simple solution after all.
