HF freq. crossover points (RF3II and RF35)

Hi I was comparing the RF-3II and the RF-35.

Besides the obvious looks the stats seem almost the same.

The biggest difference I found was the HF crossover point.

The RF3-II is at 1975Hz and the RF35 is set at 2600Hz.

I would imagine this makes the woofers do more work.

I ordered a pair of the RF35 (naively) trusting

the salesman telling me that the RF35 are suppose to

blow away the RF3II. Ihave heard the RF3II and to me

the seperation of freqs was superb and they sounded

very aggressive. How will the change in crossover

setting have an affect on the sound. I know this is all

prediction but im just curious.

Thx

Emilio
