thxknight
I have an older denon receiver. I'm thinking of starting a piece-by-piece upgrade process by purchasing a pre-amp/processor. The issue is I've had problems with some of the various inputs on the unit not working. Is there a quick and dirty way for testing the functionality of the Main Inputs? dougdrake
Assume you want to test the pre-amp inputs on the Denon receiver you have? Any pre-amp type signal would work - CD player, tape deck, etc -- as long as it has a volume/level control on it since you'll be hitting the Denon after ITS volume switch -- the amps will be wide open!
