Dome Posted July 20, 2003 Share Posted July 20, 2003 Just bought a set of RS3-II's, and today I noticed that one of the tweeters doesn't work. Is it possible that wires could have been shaken loose in shipping (the box was a little beat up). If I take one of the horns out, can that void the warranty? I have not registered the warranty yet (will do Monday), but does anybody know how klipsch handles these types of issues. Will they cross ship me a new tweeter so that I can continue to use the speaker (since the other tweeter and woofer are fine). If there is a problem you should take the speaker back to the authorized Klipsch dealer it was purchased from and they will repair it.
