DoomsDay
Hi, I am unsure if what I am asking is off topic to this forum or not but as I do not know where else to ask this and I have generally gotten very very good replies/responses and help, I am hoping someone would be able to help me. Running 4.1 (4 Speakers and 1 Sub), on Klipsh, are you able to choose between Dolby Digital, Stereo, Prologic and Quad or is the mode of the setup, or is it alway set to a default Surround sound; Do you get ALL 4 speakers output when you are running on Dolby Digital; Do you have Subwoof volumn control on yoru 4.1 ? All replies will be greatly appriciated and I thank you for taking your time out to read and reply to this post. DoomsDay
splinter
as we all know the Klipsch 4.1 consists of 5 amplified channels of audio, it doesnt have a Dolby Digital decoder so there is no knobs to chose between Dolby Digital or D Prologic or anthing thats related to the music format, those functions are soundcard or decoder based. You can get all 4, actually 5 speakers with DD not only that u will also get an extra center channel with DD. The 4.1 does have a sub volume control, most speakers do.
