BKreitzer Posted June 25, 2001 Share Posted June 25, 2001 When I plug my sub in (no speakers attached) there is a very noticable buzz and hum coming from the box. I have tried plugging it into various outlets around the house and into a couple of different surge suppressors and I get the same noise. You can exchange the system at the place of purchase, or go through our warranty department to exchange the sub. 888-554-5665.
