mellingson Posted March 9, 2004 Share Posted March 9, 2004 At school I'm running KG 5.5 with Outlaw 1050 and I have a pair of quintets collecting dust. I really want to get a center channel SOON. What center should I get? C7....KV3....RC3...I've read on the site that the KV 3 matches up well with the 5.5's. But will it keep up with the 5.5s? jhawk92 Posted March 10, 2004 Share Posted March 10, 2004 I've not heard the KG 5.5, but the KV-3 does an admirable job in keeping up with Forte IIs. I'd go for the KV-3 over the others, or if you can find a KG 2.2V, that would be good too. There have been a few on eBay recently. KV-3s show up pretty often too.
