Erukian
I know their small drivers that vibrate REALLY fast to get high freq's. But why do some just have dome's, while others have a cross over them with a part covering the tweeter. Like the Klipsch sattelites, either the RSX-4's or the PM Ultra's, they have the cross with a little cover, what's that for?
michael hurd
What you are talking about is a phase plug to help shape the sound, and smooth frequency responce. It also protects the dome from damage.
