Please, does anybody know where to find the wiring diagram for it? Which pins there do I need to connect to power it on? Volume I can control and without it, but how to start the unit itself? You need the volume control unit for power, I cannot help you modify it. You can purchase one by calling 888-554-5665, if you need to. I have checked everything in Internet, it seems no one ever tried to deal with it without remote. Hell, it has 40+ screws there inside, super solid construction!
