Zip
From my front right speaker I get a buzzing sound(ProMedia 4.1). I notice that if I move the wires around from different speakers it seems to follow the wire. But when I changed the wires from the back of the Bass it follows the front-right speaker output from the Sub. Is this normal or is my Sub screwed up? Should I just return it and get new ones? Any help is appreciated This message has been edited by Zip on 07-10-2001 at 12:47 AM
Dan F
Is it a constant hum kind of buzz? If so, it could be a problem in the preamp. ------------------ Klipsch ProMedia Customer Service # is 1-888-554-5665
Zip
The buzz starts in the speaker after about 15 minutes use of the speakers. The buzz is very annnoying, it gets louder as time goes on and it screws up the Bass coming from it. It almost sounds like a loose screw just to give you an idea of what it sounds like. It should not be overheating because it's not hot in my room and the back of the Sub is not too hot, it's warm just like my friends and he doesn't have this problem. I'm wondering if I should just exchange this set for a new one?
