Strabo
I've finally decided to sell my Lexicon and thought I'd put it up here first. It's a five channel amp that was built by Bryston for Lexicon. It puts out 140wpc into 8ohms, or 250wpc into 4ohms. It's a brute of an amp weighing in at 70lbs because of 5 individual mono blocks with 5 individual transformers, one for each channel, all in one chassis. It sports switchable inputs between single ended or balanced. The balanced input is a true balanced input using a differential amplifier and does not boost the output by 6dbs like most entry level amps. It's a great amp. The best imaging I've gotten out SS but HT is less important to me than stereo so I'm keeping my Anthem for MC and using tubes to run the mains. I'm asking $1,600 including shipping and insurance to the Continental US. E-mail me if you are interested. More pix to follow.
Strabo
Shot of the top. There is one mark on the top (left amp) that can be seen in this shot.
Strabo
Close up shot of the back where you can see the inputs and switch between balanced and single ended input. I should note that I am not the original owner. I bought it used last November (2003).
