SW 8 II Posted August 4, 2001 Share Posted August 4, 2001 Textc> I have an SW 8 II subwoofer, and have some questions about hooking it up to a receiver/integrated amplifier. According to the manual (page 5) the instruction is connect the "FROM AMPILIFIER" connections to the left and right connections of the receiver. The concern I have is that the manual has the connections as - + - + but the actual subwoofer has the connections in the back as red black black red Since the industry standard is to have red be <+> and black be <-> should I follow the manual? or the back of the speaker?
