dallenwake
Is the RC-25 a good center channel. this speaker is perfect for my price range and I am able to get a Klipsch speaker. my front speakers are two floorstanding DCM's each with a 12 inch sub. will this center channel work with these speakers. I really want to know about the sound wuality on the RC-25 center speaker. Thanks, Dom Allen
colterphoto1
can you give specs on your DCM's, music/HT %, room size etc. THis will help us. Generally I say get the biggest center you can afford. The RC7 is sometimes avail used as many Heritage Klipsch users go with Academy or other center. RC7 is MILES better than any other center for modern HT use.
Chris Robinson
How about a Belle? Sometimes they come up for $500 on Ebay ... Or a pair and sell one. Best center I've seen, short of a vertical Cornwall (maybe a tie). Chris
dallenwake
my DCM's are woofer-12" Midrange-6-1/2" Tweeter-1.8kHz constant directivity horn loaded power-250 watts RMS/500 watts total. The percentage is 60% stereo and 40% Home theature. Room is about 250 square feet, maybe smaller.
mtbsej
I have the RC25 and am very happy with it. Sounds awsome and very powerful. keeps up very well with my rf25. Now I don't know if the RC 25 will match your fronts very well. Good luck.
