My only fear is that my neighbors are going to revolt; that bass is just too scrumptious to keep down all the time. One thing that really impressed me was even at very low volumes, I still had a really full sound, even that beautiful, boomy bass. I can't wait to get a good DVD to really annoy those next door! P.S. No crackle, hiss, nothing from this set of speakers, even at high volume with no sound going.
