RFG-1
I'm using a 6 yr old Pioneer DVD Player (model # unknown, at this time-but model # is irrelevant) Ive noticed recently on some DVD's, some corrupting of the pixels during playback. The video & audio gets scrambled up and eventually the player stalls and locks up. I think I know the answer to this, but is it time to replace ? KMyers
If that thing is six years old? It is time to junk it! DVD players are so cheap nowdays it would never be worth fixing. Let it R.I.P
dougdrake
Time to go shopping. My 4 year old Denon DVD player exhibited the same symptoms, especially when it got warm. Bought a Philips DVD-963sa and no trouble since!
