Smokem
Is there a special cable to buy or can I use any cable with RCA type jacks? I know you guys are thinking these are pretty easy q's but I have really just started getting into my new home theater system. And I need some answers to get the most out of my system. dougdrake
You can use a good quality video cable. Doesn't need to be expensive Monster stuff - Radio Shack Gold, Acoustic Research, etc... will be fine.
Guest Anonymous
you do not want to use a stereo composite cable, well you can but you will get a better sound with a digital co-ax cable b/c it is made to handle a much higher bandwith than standard composite cable, if you can wait for shipping or what not you canbuy one from bluejeanscable.com and they have stuff that is cheaper adn much much better than that monster garbage. but the monster digital co-ax is 40 or you can buy the monster digital co-ax thx for 20, they also make a digital co-ax ultra thx for 80, then after that there is the m-sieres from monster.... all of which is a waste of monney, i would highly recomend audio quest or vampire wire though bluejeanscable is good too!
