D-MAN Posted February 2, 2005 Share Posted February 2, 2005 I would recon 3" thick or so by 19" square. I would put it BEHIND the woofer in a somewhat vertical position stapled to the motor board so that the insulation covers the entire frame of the woofer. Since the "bottom" of the Khorn back chamber slants up, it's not quite the same as a flat perpendicular bottom. Therefore the effect is somewhat dissapated in that position. I would go with actually stapling the insulation behind the woofer frame, with the staples in the motor board. This is what the "K" plans depict.
