grady Posted February 2, 2005 Share Posted February 2, 2005 i'm looking at the hk avr 235. my question is can i use 2 of the 7 channels to add to the fronts? either by bi-amping or better yet mono 2 ch per side. i have a seperate amp i could use for the bass. this would give me a tremoundus amount of power out of a budget reciever. or fry it one of the two. anybody try this? would the fronts be overpowering durring 5.1 or would the set up mic fix this? my fronts are nht2.5i and they take loads of power. any reciever recomandations would be appreicated. thanks in advance.
