gr78core
I'm new to the forum and low in expertise with sound. I'm replacing some older bad 8 ohm speakers used with a TOA Power amp for a large auditorium. Each of the 6 speakers cover a range of frequencies. I was hoping to replace in pairs with a tweeter matched with a 1007K, 1053-SV or 1008k. Is this technically feasible and will I improve the overall sound quality? thanks, GR
gr78core
Probably didn't explain the setup well. I have 6 speakers to replace, all full range. I want to replace 3 with tweeters and 3 with midrange, I believe the Klipsch speakers I listed are midrange. The amp is capable of 20hz to 20K hz. and 120 watts. Will this setup provide an improved sound using this combination over the low end speakers. thanks. GR
3dzapper
GR, You might want to post this down in the commercial area of the forum also. Someone there will have the expertise you need. Rick
