flippy
I aquired an old set of Klipsch bookshelf speakers at a garage sale and was very surprised at how great they sounded! However, one speaker's tweeter does not work. Anyone know where I could get a hold of a replacement tweeter for such an old model? The label contains the following info: TYPE: T10 WO SERIAL: 90025343 90-1922 03/05/90 03/26/90 Thanks in advance!!
Thumpelstiltskin
The T-10 uses a K-76 tweeter. You can replace the diaphragm in those for a lot less than buying the whole tweeter. Look on Ebay, call Klipsch service dept. at 1-800-klipsch, or contact forum member Bob Crites for replacement diaphragms. Good luck, Rick. Thumpelstiltskin
No problem Flippy. They're easy to fix...... If you can replace a tweeter, you should be able to replace the diaphragm. Let us know how it turns out. Rick.
