nicholtl
There are usually stores in malls (like Hot Topic or Spencer's Gifts) that sell posters of movies, bands, slogans, and replicas of famous paintings. College campuses also have them frequently in their bookstores or "outdoor stands." When I was in high school, I used to go to my local mom n' pop video rental store, and the owner used to give me all his old posters from what were new releases several months ago. That's how I built up a monstrous collection of movie posters. Enough to cover my walls inch-to-inch.
wheelman
http://www.homecinemaaccessories.com/index.cfm?synid=1098 This link is way to pricey, but it's pretty cool to see all the stuff you can buy for a theater. Look elsewhere for deals though. I didn't even see any new posters, but man they had some nice stuff.
michael hurd
Ditto on the movie rental places, the one down the street gives 'em away first come first serve. They take down your name and phone #, when a new one comes in they phone you to come pick up the one you wanted, that they just took off the wall.
