taji Posted June 23, 2005 Share Posted June 23, 2005 I just bought a new KSW-10 and had a rattle during movies that was driving me crazy - this was right out of the box! We were just getting ready to take it back and read another forum that suggested the nozzle may be loose. I stuck my hnd inside and was surprised to find a piece of plastic. I pulled out the plastic and it is working fine now. Suprising because the plastic was fairly larged and wadded up into a ball - I don't see how it could have gotten there by accident. Just a FYI.
