BBfan2k1
I was wondering if I can add a center speaker to my 4.1 Promedia system. Would it then be a true Promedia 5.1 system, or do the 5.1 ones have something different than the 4.1?If I can where I can purchase a center speaker made by Klipsch for the Promedia?f>
justin_tx_16
you would not have true 5.1. you would not have 5.1 at all. 5.1 means five descrete channels and 1 LFE channel. you could make a center by getting another sat and plug it into one of the jacks but then you would totally screw up the balance in my opinion. i would advise against this. not worth the cost, trouble, and loss of balance. ------------------ -justin I am an amateur, but if it is professional help you want email Amy or call her toll free: 1-888-554-5665 http://www.fortunecity.com/campus/berry/88/

justin_tx_16
i would say that they will be available online before they are for sale at retail sites and stores just cause klipsch can take as many of the second shipment as they want. i would order them from KLipsch.com. if you have a tweeter home entertainment around your house you might wat to go there. my closest one is 75 miles but since i bought my speakers there, v2.400's, i can upgrade to the 5.1's for i think only $130. that is a really great thing. if you can find one hear you... http://www.tweeter.com/ ask them if they will let you have the 365-1-1 exchange/upgrade policy with these pseakers, some do not. if you do not have one of these stores near you or if you can not get the exchange thing i got then go to the klipsch site and purchase them. the exchange lets me exchange a set of speakers for a newer version within a year for only the difference in costs. ------------------ -justin I am an amateur, but if it is professional help you want email Amy or call her toll free: 1-888-554-5665 http://www.fortunecity.com/campus/berry/88/
