Ideas? My buddy has an SVS and really likes it and has given me some advice on the SVS versus the Klipsch 12 inch - budget between $400 and $500. MrMcGoo Posted August 30, 2005 Share Posted August 30, 2005 The Synergy Sub-12 and Sub-10 are in your price range. You can demo them at Best Buy. Take a look at the specs on the Klipsch.com site. You would have to move up to the pricey RSW-12 or 15 to get a better sub from Klipsch. The new Synergy subs were designed to compete with SVS.
