StLouisVegan Posted October 4, 2005 Share Posted October 4, 2005 Any ideas for a HDTV DLP projector would help out....anything under $2000....I recently had an LCD projector...but wanted to try DLP for all of the good stuff I have been hearing about it...any suggestions??!!?? SCOOTERDOG Posted October 4, 2005 Share Posted October 4, 2005 As an owner of the Infocus SP4805 DLP projector I am quite happy with its performance. Although it is not a true HD projector I must say that when fed HD signals it produces a truely stunning picture. This unit has a lot going for it and it is native 16:9 and can stretch the screen vertically so if you ever wanted to use an anomorphic lens for 2:35 movies half the battle is done by the 4805. It is very bright and colors are outstanding. You should check out the thread over at the avsforum.com for complete details.
