RM1111 Posted February 17, 2006 Share Posted February 17, 2006 Hello All, I am thinking about upgrading to a Rotel 1068 pre amp. Right now I am using a 5 channel 200 watt rotel amp and a HK 630 reciever. Should I stick with Rotel or can I mix and match. I was also looking at sunfire, B&K, Aragon. I was also wondering if I should wait a little longer and see if and new formats/ technology will be incorporated in the new pre amps that might come this year or next. Any suggestions would help. easylistener Posted February 17, 2006 Share Posted February 17, 2006 You don't have to stick with the same brand pre. Find the one that has the best options for your system and get that one. I for one would wait to buy one for a little while longer. There is a huge shift going on right now with hdmi, and hdmi ver. II.
