robster Posted March 23, 2006 Share Posted March 23, 2006 Well I ordered a Basis Golden Touch Polishing Cloth and Basis Magic Potion Polish from Galen Carol Audio $40 OUCH! it arrived today. I applied it to the dustcover on my VPI HW-19 MK3 TT and it removed all the fine hairline scratches and the slight cloudiness,the dustcover looks like NEW! O.K. The stuff really does work,it's for acrylic Basis turntables or any plastic acylic ,I don't need it any longer and I only used a couple of drops. You have to apply a few drops to a small portion of the polish cloth,which is a big cloth. So it's for sale how about $20 shipped? I don't have any plastic to use it on and my Tuntable is for sale. So I hate for this stuff to rot in my cabinet. Do a google for Galen Carol Audio Basis Golden magic potion So let me know if anybody wants it. Please email me,I forget to check PM's.
