tdrought
I am single, so I have no life. Outside of HT, that is, and thats fine with me. I am just curious how you all test speaker placement. I had posted earlier and was told to play around with the location of the speakers. Thats fine with floor standing... but what about your wall mounts. Any quick secrets without having to pound holes all over my walls. If I had a few stupid friends, I could have them hold the speakers over their heads while I watch a few movies. WMcD
I suppose you just need some sort of very tall stands. Can you borrow some A-frame ladders? Another thought is that your living room might need some tall book cases. Presumptive of me to think so. They are not too expensive. They'd allow adjustment of height and are not so heavy you can't move them around. The advantage is that afterwards, you'll have someplace for books, CD's and whatnots. One of the few pieces of test gear which can be converted to domestic use! Gil This message has been edited by William F.
